The Bernard Haldan Houses, built in the Second Empire style in 1878, are a pair of semi-detached homes featuring a mansard roof, ornate dormers, full-height bay windows on the front elevation, quoins, and band courses. They are now incorporated into the base of The Charles at Church condominium.
